Refund Policy

KB Ranch House has a return policy. Merchandise must be returned within 10 days after merchandise is received. Merchandise may not be returned after 10 days without authorization by KB Ranch House.   Items will be accepted back only in the original shipping & packaging.  A restocking  fee of 25% will be charged on all returned items.  Items ordered and canceled that has not been processed or shipped will be charged a 15% restocking charge.  Shipping cost are non-refundable. We can not accept returns or issue refunds for custom made and design orders.

Damaged items - Please check all merchandise immediately for any shipping damages.  We will replace any damaged item at no cost to the buyer, as long as we are notified within 3 days after merchandise has been received.

 Sales Tax

Tax applies only to customers within the state of Texas.
