SHIPPING POLICIES:
Items
that are in stock are shipped within 24-72 hours upon receipt of
payment confirmation. If an item is unavailable you will be notified
immediately. Our products are shipped using US Postal Service and the
rates are calculated based upon the location the products are shipped
to. KB Ranch House is not responsible for damage due to shipping. A
delivery confirmation is provided on each shipment for tracking
purposes. It will be the responsibility of the buyer to contact the US
Postal Service in the event the packages become lost or stolen. We are
not responsible once the merchandise has been shipped. We Ship within
the United States Only. We do not ship to Post Office Boxes.
RETURN POLICIES:
Items
must be returned within 7 days after the buyer receives the item. The
buyer is responsible for all return charges including the cost of
shipping the item back to the seller. Buyer will be able to exchange
the item for merchandise of equal value. Merchandise must be returned
in the original condition and packaging. Items must not be worn or
used. Please include a copy of your invoice with the product. Please
send the products back to our address listed on the invoice. Should you

non-refundable. KB Ranch House is not responsible for merchandise that
has been shipped and is lost or stolen.
